Damilola Wright is currently an LL.M Candidate at Harvard Law School (“HLS“), where he is focused on corporate and transactional law.
Before HLS, Damilola garnered three (3) years of experience working as an Associate in the banking & finance practices of Nigeria’s top-tier commercial law firms – Banwo & Ighodalo and Aluko & Oyebode where he advised on a host of loan syndications, loan restructurings and private equity transactions.
He was also a legal trainee in the legal department of the Africa Finance Corporation, a leading development finance institution in Africa. Damilola obtained his LL.B from the University of Lagos, Nigeria in 2014 and became qualified to practice as a barrister and solicitor in Nigeria in 2015. In his spare time, Damilola enjoys watching TV shows, attending open mic events, and mentoring law students.
