Segun is the Managing Partner at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner’s (BLCP) London Office.
He is a Partner in BCLP’s Litigation and Corporate Risk practice and has 25 years litigation and arbitration experience with a focus on banking and financial services, acting for clients such as African Development Bank and the Central Bank of Nigeria. He has been a member of BCLP’s global Board since the Firm’s inception and is also head of the Africa Group and the Energy Disputes Practice.
Segun was recently recognised in the 2018 Empower 100 Ethnic Minority Executives List presented by the Financial Times and last year won the Diversity and Inclusion Impact Award at the UK legal Diversity Awards. He has been recognised by Chambers and Legal 500 as a leading individual for banking, litigation and civil fraud, as well as a foreign expert on Nigerian disputes.
